The Flannel Trouser is an institution of British classic menswear — the trouser of country house weekends, university quadrangles, and cricket pavilions. Our version preserves every element of the traditional flannel trouser in a modern cut that works equally well in the city.

The Fabric

Woven from a fine English wool flannel, the fabric has a subtly brushed surface that gives it its characteristic soft, matte appearance. Flannel drapes beautifully, holds a crease well, and provides genuine warmth — a fabric that has been prized in British tailoring since the early nineteenth century.
